Business Succession Planning |
Most business owners understand the need to develop an exit strategy for their business, however, few have done very much about it.
Business Succession Planning is about planning your business exit strategy. Without it, the value you have worked hard to build into your business will retire when you do.
Most people go into business not only to earn an income, but also (and perhaps more importantly) to build the value of their equity and ultimately to sell.
But most people never develop a plan to sell their business, whether to family, employees or on the open market and they risk not realising the long-term value of their hard work.
